Hell's Kitchen

I really do not understand how it is acceptable for ANYONE to call other human beings a "b*tch" or a "cow".  That is what I just heard Gordon Ramsey, the chef on the TV show "Hell's Kitchen" call two of his proteges.  I heard those two things in probably 15 seconds of a 30 second promo for his show. 

How is this at all professional?  I understand pushing someone, especially those who are talented and need to be challenged.  I do not think he goes about it in the right way.  I do not, and will never, watch this TV show, but I would just like to know if anyone has ever told him off knowing it might cost him/her their position on the show.  

I wouldn't miss THAT for the world!
